1st annual Bronx Literature Festival. It’s a day of
celebration of reading, writing and comprehension. There will be no
posttest so bring the entire family and join the fight to eradicate
illiteracy. Hear poetry reading of Blue, the poet and the readings
of authors, Kwan, Shannon Holmes, Erick S. Gray, Sharon Doyle also
featuring a performance by acclaimed actress, Antonia Badon
performing segments from her one woman show: Zora Returns To
Harlem. Invited guests Ruben Diaz Jr., Buttahman of MTV2, Dean
Memminger of NY1 and some of your favorite rap stars and authors.
